2018 Forchir Pinot Grigio - From Friuli, Italy, this wine has delicious aromas and flavors of white peach, pineapple, citrus, kiwi, honey, lychee, orange blossom, Meyer lemon and mango. Full-bodied and bright at the same time.
2018 Es Okay Pinot Gris - Hand harvested. 80% went straight to press and cold settled for 3 days and transferred to tank. Fermentation in tank and racked off to another tank and cold settled until bottling. 20% of the fruit was foot treaded and naturally fermented on skin for 5 days, then pressed off and finished fermentation in neutral oak. 80% of the wine aged in tank and 20% aged in neutral barrels for 6 months.
2016 Diora Pinot Noir - This is an expertly delivered steak house Pinot Noir, with big, booming aromas and flavors. Concentrated, intense tones of Bing cherry and boysenberry are lifted by star anise and a strong floral character on the nose. The palate brings flavors of boysenberry pie and vanilla, with bright acid and smooth but hearty tannins.
2015 Killer Drop Red Blend - This Grenache, Syrah, Petite Sirah, & Merlot blend has a vibrant deep purple coloring reveals velvety red raspberries, wild blueberries and cassis. Gathering in intensity with silk notes of black cherry, chocolate and dark plum. Enticing and sensuous the wine finishes with harmonious tannins.
2017 Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon by Chuck Wagner - Medium ruby-red, opens with scents of currants and dried roses, grape pomace, and freshly tilled soil. The nose is nuanced with toasty oak imparting a subtle smoked meat character. Flavors of blueberries and blackberries mix with the warmth of vanilla and toasted bread. Silky tannins and striking smoothness. lengthy finish trails off with the taste of unsweetened chocolate and cassis..
