Last year, our Wicked Weekend with Wicked Weed Brewing Co was sold out! We heard so much positive feedback about it we couldn’t wait to do it again this year, and now, we have the dates set for this year’s Wicked Weekend event.

Highly regarded in the world of sour ales, Wicked Weed Brewing continues to produce outstanding sours that are delightful to pair with food or drink on their own. Their barrel and kettle sour programs use techniques that are copied by breweries all across the country. Join us for a special after-hours event with the rare opportunity to learn about these techniques and future plans with the Wicked Weed Sour Program. Like last year, we’ll have five different sours, pouring in a progressive flight format (6 ounce pours) as Greg Little and Kevin Pelham from Wicked Weed share their sour expertise with you while taking you through the characteristics and making of each beer in the flight. Light snacks will be available.

Watermelon Dragonfruit Burst - Session Sour
Chien de Ferme - Foeder-aged brettanomyces farmhouse Ale
Marina - Blonde Sour aged in wine barrels with peaches & apricots
Malecasta - Barrel-aged American sour ale fermented with blackberries
Framboos Morte - Barrel aged American Sour fermented with raspberries
Tickets are $35 per person (plus tax) and seating is limited to 34 people.
