Please note that this class is sold out! We are taking names to add to the waiting list should there be a cancellation. Please watch for our next after hours class coming in January!
So many of you have responded to our after hours events, sit-down events and educational classes to let us know how much you enjoy them so we've lined up another! Jack Hicks, BottleMIxx Wine Manager, is taking it to the next level this time and pairing premium French wine selections with local NC cheese made by our friends at Boxcarr Handmade Cheese in Cedar Grove, NC.
Beginning at 8:30pm, Jack will walk you through what’s on the label (how to read it) and what’s in the bottle (the grapes, the terroir, the winemaker’s touch) as we taste and learn about wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux and the Rhone valley. We'll pair each of these wines with handmade farm cheeses from Boxcarr.
Reservations are needed for this class and tickets are $30 each (plus tax). To reserve your spot, call us at the store (919-615-1703) or stop by and get registered. Seating is limited to 26 so make your reservation soon! We understand plans change and any cancellations must be made by 5:00 on Sunday, October 27th. Apologies, but no refunds after this date.
